Aisha Monique Smiley aka Moni, born on June 25th 1999, is a singer-songwriter and artist from Tampa, Florida, who relocated to Dallas in 2018. Her musical journey started in the church choir as a child and quickly flourished throughout her school years - performing the national anthem during her graduation ceremony in 2017 and she continued to sing everywhere she went. After graduating high school, Moni started writing her own music in 2017 but didn't begin recording until 2019. After moving to Dallas, the new environment, opportunities and mindset gave her the confidence to pursue her dreams of being an artist with the hopes of starting something great. Through hard work and dedication, Moni was able to create an impressive team of professionals who are now working together with her to create beautiful music that reaches out into the world. Music is deeply embedded into Moni’s soul and with every new breath she takes it is evident that she is meant to be here creating meaningful art for all those around her.
